Includes child resistant spout with automatic shut-off and overflow protection. Internal venting so fumes do not escape into the air. Plastic contains additive to combat permeation of fumes through can walls. Lightweight, dent resistant, rust proof, non-corroding polyethylene. Scepter's environmentally friendly Eco cans and spill-proof spout are specifically designed to meet California Air Resources Board (CARB and EPA) regulations for emission and spill-control.
