Rust-Oleum® 301239 Moisture Stop Fortifying Sealer, 1 Gallon

Rust-Oleum® Moisture Stop penetrates into concrete and reacts with the free calcium and water to form a gel in cracks, pores and capillaries to protect against the ingress of water and contaminants. This allows surfaces that were previously uncoatable, due to moisture, to be coated. For use with all concrete coatings including Rust-Oleum, EPOXYSHIELD and RockSolid.
