Description
Premier™ Foundation Coating is a solvent free, environmentally friendly, un-fibered alternative to solvent based asphalt coatings. This asphalt emulsion foundation coating is designed for spray or brush application to existing or new, green, or damp concrete and masonry surfaces. Designed for waterproofing exterior, below grade applications to foundations, both poured concrete and CMU block along with a protection course of extruded polystyrene insulation or drainage board prior to backfilling.
