Hillman™ Self-Piercing Gutter and Stovepipe Assembly/Repair Screws are designed for use in thin sections of metal, 20 gauge or less. Screws offer a slightly larger diameter and aggressive threads to tightly fill existing spike holes for a strong, watertight fit. The point "punctures" through the material, allowing the threads to protrude through the metal, reducing the possibility of "strip-out."
