• HENRY 549 FeatherEdge Underlayment Patch and Skimcoat is a Portland cement-based product that can be installed over almost any surface to provide a smooth and permanent finish prior to the installation of floor coverings.  Its quick 15-minute drying time speeds installation.  It is an excellent choice for patching, skimcoating, and featheredging interior concrete, masonry, wood, cementitious terrazzo, and ceramic tile.  It can also be used for filling non-moving cracks, gouges, and joints.  For smoothing the embossing  of residential felt-backed vinyl sheet, use HENRY® 550 EmbossPro™ One-Part Embossing Leveler
