The Bayou Classic 5" stainless steel thermometer is the same stainless steel thermometer included with our fish fryers and deep fryers. The Bayou Classic 5" stainless steel thermometer will give you them temperature of your grease or water. The size of this stainless steel thermometer is designed to use with your shallow pots or deep fryers, rather than the turkey fryers and stock pots. There is a red fire hazard area on the face. The fire hazard area starts at 450 degrees.
