A pure, water based, environmentally friendly, adhesive acrylic latex safety paint that is skid resistant. Ready to use - no mixing required. It preserves and protects by substantially increasing the strength of the surface through adhesion. It also seals out moisture and renews the old surface, while providing an excellent skid-resistant finish that is ideal for pedestrian traffic. Designed for a variety of applications, it is the most cost effective, and environmentally conscious way to revitalize deck surfaces.

• Ames’® Safe-T-Deck™ Smooth performs like an epoxy to preserve, protect and renew old interior floors. This is done by substantially increasing the strength and adhesion by molecular plastic penetration into the concrete surfaces. The plastic is smaller than concrete in size and penetrates into the concrete. Ready to use - no mixing required. It is excellent over shop floors, office floors and factory areas. It seals out moisture and renews the old surface to cure to a semi-gloss tough finish. It is water-based and environmentally friendly, has low odor, and is easily applied by sprayer or roller. It should be applied to concrete after Ames® fast drying Super Primer.

• Ready to use - no mixing required. Clean the surface. Remove all loose paint, dirt, oil and greases leaving surface clean and completely dry. Always run a test patch first in an inconspicuous area to ensure that proper adhesion and drying occurs and the product works to your satisfaction. All major cracks, joints and seams should be caulked with a non-silicone, paintable caulk or Ames® Blue Max™ trowel-grade coating and filler. Larger cracks may be filled with a sandable filler. Make sure surface is as smooth as possible. For good adhesion Ames® Super Primer® may be used as a base coat for badly deteriorated concrete or wood decks.
• Apply Ames'® Safe-T-Deck™ at the rate of 1 gallon per 100 square feet. A minimum of two coats is recommended for a durable waterproof surface.
• Clean tools and small spills with water only – do not use any soaps or detergents. Store unused product in its original container, tightly sealed and protected from freezing. Dispose of this product in accordance with local, state, or federal requirements.
