Hillman™ Hex Washer Head Needle Point Self Piercing Sheeter (Polebarn Screw) are highly versatile and are used to attach metal, wood, fiberglass, and plastic. The sharp threads draw material together and ensure a secure hold. Self Piercing Screws are designed for use in thin sections of metal, 20 gauge or less. The point "punctures" through the material, allowing the threads to protrude through the metal, reducing the possibility of "strip-out."
