Preparation:

• Remove any old and dried out cement, caulking, or coating from cracks or holes. Surface should be dry and clean. If surface is metal, it should be rust and scale free.

Uses:

• Recommended for use with asphalt roof patching, white roof patching, stucco and masonry patches and driveway products. Use on: Roofs, Gutters, Chimneys, Copings, Drain Pipes, Foundation Walls, Flashings around TV aerials, Skylights, Ventilators and all roof projections.

Application:

• Apply Universal Patching Fabric with patching compound. Fill up cracks or holes with patch to the surface. Trowel small amount of patch at one end of crack, open joint or loose seam as starting point for fabric. Center fabric over crack, seam or hole, and spot stick fabric in patch. Unroll the fabric to cover defective area, leaving a 2" minimum overlap on all sides. Sandwich the fabric by covering with a additional layer of patch, extending at least 2" beyond the fabric on all sides. Smooth and trowel to a feathered edge. Before applying patch and fabric to a blistered area, cut the blister in a crisscross manner. Open up blisters and fold flaps back, removing any rotted materials and drying out any moisture from underneath the blister.Trowel patch to cover exposed area and bond old surfaces together. Fold cut flaps back to original position and press into place. Cover with fabric and patch, using the same method as with cracks and holes.
