- Excellent adhesion to most concrete surfaces such as concrete, brick, stone, wood, or metal. Retains flexibility in wide temperature range
- Cold applied by trowel, brush, or spray; requires no special equipment such as kettles. Non-flammable
- Coverage: Apply at a rate of 25 sq. ft. per gallon for a wet film thickness of 64 mils (dry film thickness of 45 mils)
- Dries to touch in 8 hours, sets in approximately 24 hours
