SharkBite UC140LFA Lead Free Thread Male Adapter, 1" x 1" MNPT

The SharkBite® PEX Barb Threaded Male Adapter is made of a lead-free DZR brass, and is an easy-to-install, low-cost solution to connect to PEX tubing. These fittings allow you to connect with either a stainless steel clamp system, or a copper crimp ring system (each sold separately) and is MNPT threaded on the other side. The SharkBite® PEX Barb fittings are compatible for potable water distribution and hydronic heating applications.

• Made of a lead-free DZR brass
• For connecting 1 cross link polyethylene PEX tubing to 1" female iron pipe thread pipe end or fitting
• Secure fittings to PEX pipe with cinch clamps and cinch tool, or copper crimp rings and crimp tool
• Immediately testable to well over 100 PSI
• Allow you to connect with either a stainless steel clamp system, or a copper crimp ring system (each sold separately)
