This stock pot is also considered a steaming pot and lobster pot due to its steaming capabilities. The aluminum stock pot has an indention which holds the stock pot basket off the bottom. This gives you about two inches in the bottom for your liquid for perfect steaming. The Bayou Classic 24 Quart Stock Pot is the perfect addition to any cooking environment. This stock pot is one of the highest quality aluminum stock pots on the market today. It features a vented lid and heavy duty riveted handles. Use the included 24 quart stock pot basket for frying chicken, fish or hushpuppies; steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables.
