This all-purpose formula, designed for professional painters, addresses most interior priming needs and dries fast and flat. Perfect for walls, trim and more. Oil-Base is a workhorse heavy bodied, fast drying primer sealer and stain blocker. Rich working properties, high build and excellent sandability make this a great enamel undercoat for walls and wood. Bulls Eye Oil-Base dries quickly and accepts any latex or oil base topcoat, effectively blocks unsightly water and smoke stains. Bright colors and graffiti on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, windows and cabinetry. Meets aim, carb scm and otc scm standards for specialty primer, sealer and under coater.
