Waterplug hydraulic cement, for concrete & masonry. Mix with water, sets in 3 - 5 minutes. Expands as it sets to lock in place even under constant water pressure, can be applied under water. Instantly stops running water or seepage. Contains no metallic aggregates or corrosive agents, will not shrink or oxidize, mix with water.
