All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil and old sealant. Best if used above 40F.

• Unscrew cap, fold and screw-on nozzle. Cut to desired bead size
• Apply sealant, pushing bead ahead of nozzle
• Smooth bead immediately after application, before a skin forms.

Storage

• Replace cap tightly to prevent material from curing. Store in cool, dry location. To re-use nozzle, remove sealant from nozzle once cured.

Clean-Up

• Wipe wet sealant off project immediately with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol may be used according to solvent manufacturer’s instructions.

• Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil and old sealant (silicone won’t stick to itself). Do not use on wet, damp, frozen or contaminated surfaces.

Is the Gorilla Sealant tube and nozzle reusable?

• Yes. We recommend removing unscrewing nozzle after each use and replacing the cap to store tube (nozzle can hang from side of tube). To reuse, remove cured material from nozzle before placing back on tube.
