How much will one can of Flex Seal® liquid cover?

• Flex Seal® liquid cures faster in hot summer months and slower in cold winter months. Depending on temperature and humidity, Flex Seal® liquid will dry to the touch 6 to 12 hours and fully cure in 24 to 48 hours.

What surfaces can i use Flex Seal® liquid on?

• Flex Seal® liquid can be used on most surfaces and the applications are endless. Excellent for: concrete, glass, brick, stucco, masonry, wood, copper, plastic, tile, fabrics, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, aluminum, and natural stones, foam asphalt, EIFS, TPO, PVC, EPDM, CSPE and hypalon polyurethanes and many more!

What is the shelf life of Flex Seal® liquid?

• Flex Seal® liquid has a shelf life of 24 months when properly stored.

Is Flex Seal® liquid safe to use around plants, animals and food?

• Yes, once fully cured, Flex Seal® liquid is safe to use around plants, animals and food.

Directions:

• Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil and dirt
• Increase adhesion by etching surface with sand paper
• Brush, roll, dip or pour directly onto surface
• Coat entire surface until all cracks and holes are completely filled
• Apply additional coats as needed to increase thickness and to fill larger holes
• Allow each coat to dry completely before adding additional coats
• Allow 24 to 48 hours or more to dry.

Note: All cracks and holes must be completely filled and dry before testing product. If the treated area is wet or very soft, it will need more time to cure.
