Description

Latex primer/sealer that prepares surfaces for the application of LevelQuik® or LevelLite® Self­Leveling Underlayments. It seals porous surfaces and improves the bond of underlayments.

Suitable Substrates:

  • Absorbent concrete
  • Non-absorbent concrete
  • Lightweight concrete

  • OSB
  • Cutback adhesive residue
  • Resilient flooring.

Limitations to the Product:

  • Do not bond directly to hardwood, Luan plywood, particle board, parquet, cushion or sponge-back vinyl flooring, metal, fiberglass or plastic
  • Do not use as a wear surface.

Instructions:

  • Surfaces must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dirt, curing compounds, sealers, adhesives or any other contaminant that would prevent a good bond. Refer to the appropriate Custom®  elf­leveling underlayment technical data sheet for details on bonding to specific substrates.
